Troy Sebastian- nupquʔ ak·ǂam̓ is a Ktunaxa writer from ʔaq̓am located at the confluence of the St. Mary’s and Kootenay Rivers. His writing has been published in Quill and Quire The Walrus, The Malahat Review, The New Quarterly, Curious, Prairie Fire and the Ktuqckakyam. He is a recipient of the 2017 Hnatyshyn REVEAL Indigenous Arts Award and graduate of the Indigenous Writers Program at The Banff Centre.
